Firestone Mocha Merlin
With an infusion of local roast coffee, a dash of cocoa nibs and touch of seasonal sorcery, our signature Velvet Merlin oatmeal stout has been transformed into Mocha Merlin for fall and winter enjoyment. This beer is brewed with the Colombia La Granadilla blend from our friends and neighbors at HoneyCo Coffee Roasters. The Colombia La Granadilla coffee meshes perfectly with the chocolaty character from the cocoa nibs, providing an oatmeal stout experience like no other. A touch of lactose "milk sugar" provides suggestion of rounded sweetness on the finish.

Monastrell is the king of Jumilla. Jamilla in on a plateau at around 1,800 feet of elevation and surrounded by mountains. The soils in this region are predominantly limestone and very poor which structure won’t allow the propagation of phylloxera and with high PH and low salinity. Gabi’s Monastrell is a reflexion of this land and its people. Casa Fortunata Monsatrell is a dense purple colored wine with rich notes of blackberries, blueberries, plum, lavender, kirsch and some underbrush notes with earthy and spicy notes. It is surprisingly fresh
and vivid in the mouth with blood orange notes. Very elegant yet intense, with polished tannins and very long.
The Casa Fortunata Tempranillo, is' aged' for three months in stainless steel tanks on its lees and is made with the estate’s vines that date back to 1980. Bright, fruit forward, spicy, mineral with some floral notes and a great soft finish that invites to another sip. It spends
4 months in 300 liter American and French oak barrels. Great for ‘tapas’, rice and pasta dishes, and grilled chicken.
